Shipping Policy

Totemo is a marketplace where independent artists sell original artwork and artist-designed merchandise. Shipping methods and fulfillment vary depending on the type of item purchased.

Artist-Fulfilled Items

Items fulfilled directly by artists may include original artwork as well as artist-produced merchandise such as prints, apparel, mugs, or other items shipped directly by the artist. These items appear listed as Originals on the website. 

Artists are responsible for packaging and shipping these items. Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery times may vary depending on the artist’s location and the destination of the order.

For artist-fulfilled items, estimated shipping costs are incorporated into the product price displayed in the store. Because shipping costs vary by region, the displayed price for an item may differ depending on the customer’s location.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once the artist dispatches the item.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Some merchandise is produced and fulfilled through Totemo’s print-on-demand manufacturing partners. These items are manufactured after an order is placed. These items appear listed as a product category (Hats, Hoodies, Phone Cases, etc) and are NOT listed as Originals on the website.

For print-on-demand products, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type and delivery destination.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Totemo and participating artists are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Issues

If an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or there is a problem with delivery, please contact contact@totemo.art within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Totemo will work with the artist or fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.
