Totemo Copyright Policy

Totemo respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and third parties. This policy explains how copyright works on the Totemo platform and how copyright claims are handled.

Ownership of Content

Artists retain ownership of all original artwork, designs, images, and other creative works they upload to Totemo.

By uploading content to Totemo, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own the copyright to the content, or
  • you have obtained all required permissions or licenses to use and distribute the content.

You may not upload content that:

  • infringes another person’s copyright
  • uses copyrighted material without authorization
  • uses trademarks or brand assets without permission
  • impersonates another artist or creator

Artists are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to the content they upload.

License Granted to Totemo

By uploading artwork or other content to Totemo, you grant Totemo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • host and display your content on the Totemo website
  • create product mockups and listings
  • promote or feature your artwork within the marketplace and other Totemo marketing channels
  • reproduce your content for the purpose of producing products ordered by customers

This license exists only for the purpose of operating the Totemo service.
Totemo does not claim ownership of your content.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Totemo infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint.

Your notice should include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work
  • the URL or location of the infringing material
  • your contact information
  • a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
  • a statement that the information in your complaint is accurate

Totemo will review all claims and may remove or disable access to the material while the issue is investigated.

Repeat Infringers

Totemo may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content.
