Refund & Returns Policy
Totemo is a marketplace where independent artists sell original artwork and artist-designed merchandise. Because many items are produced or shipped directly by artists or manufacturing partners, return eligibility may vary by item type.
Original Artwork
Original artwork sales are generally final. If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Totemo will work with the artist to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Items such as apparel, mugs, and other made-to-order merchandise may be eligible for replacement or refund if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so that we can review the problem with our production partner.
Because these items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection, ordering mistakes, or change of mind.
Lost or Incorrect Orders
If an order appears to be lost in transit, arrives damaged, or the wrong item is delivered, please contact contact@totemo.art within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the artist or fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.
Totemo reviews refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair outcomes for both customers and participating artists.
