Shipping Fees

Artist-fulfilled items: Shipping costs are incorporated into the displayed product price. Because shipping costs vary by region, the displayed price may differ depending on the customer’s location.

Print-on-demand items: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type and delivery destination.
Additional Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping origin.

Print-on-demand items: Produced after the order is placed and typically shipped within several business days.
Payment Methods and Timing
Payments are processed at the time of purchase using available online payment methods such as credit card or PayPal.
Returns and Refunds
Returns or refunds are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the product description. Customers must contact Totemo within 7 days of delivery.
Print-on-demand items are produced to order and cannot be returned for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

If a return is approved due to damage or error, instructions for return or replacement will be provided.
